Availability: Houseboat bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.

Pricing: Prices are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may fluctuate due to seasonal changes, promotions, or operational factors.

Children's Rates: Discounts for children under 5 years may apply, subject to booking specifics.

Payment: A deposit or full payment is required at booking. Remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in.

Refunds: Refunds follow our cancellation policy; no refunds for no-shows or unused services.

Credits: We may offer booking credits if we cancel or change your booking under certain conditions.

By You: Booking changes require written notice and may incur fees, subject to availability.

By Us: We may alter bookings for operational, safety, or other reasons with timely notification to you.

By You: Written cancellation requests are needed. Refunds depend on timing:

Over 10 days before departure: Full refund minus fees Between 10 - 3 days before departure: 70% refund Less than 3 days before departure: No refund

By Us: If we cancel, we'll provide a full refund or an alternative.

Cruising: Anchored by 17:30 hrs; no cruising until 07:00 hrs due to government regulations.

Safety: Safety briefings are mandatory upon boarding.

Weather: We may adjust trips for safety due to adverse weather conditions.

Behavior: Guests must adhere to operator rules; non-compliance may result in removal without refund.

Health & Fitness: Some fitness level might be necessary; inform us of any medical conditions beforehand.

Liability: We are not liable for personal injury/damage unless due to our negligence.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for uncontrollable events affecting bookings.

Legal: Governed by Indian laws, disputes resolved in Alleppey courts.

Updates: We may update these terms; the applicable version is the one in effect at the time of booking.
